PRE-CARE REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure proper healing and the best results, please give the Pre-Care information below the utmost highest priority. Proper care will limit skin sensitivities and reduce bleeding while undergoing the procedure. Failure to do so may disrupt the integrity of the pigment, overall retention, and outcome of your service.
4 WEEKS PRIOR:
- Refrain from using Retin-A and Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) on the forehead, Chemical Peels, Lasers, any “lightening” or “brightening” products, or Microdermabrasion.
2 WEEKS PRIOR:
- Refrain from Botox or Filler near the procedure site.
48 HOURS PRIOR:
- Refrain from alcohol
- Refrain from caffeine
- Refrain from the following: Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Niacin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E (if you are directed to take these medications by your doctor, please do not stop taking them but let us know before booking to make sure you are a candidate)
Please be reminded that if you currently or previously have had any of the following please contact us as soon as possible. All conditions that are listed do not automatically exclude you from your service although we may need to take extra precautions. We may require a physician’s signature approving the service for certain factors below. Your health and safety are our highest priority.
- Accutane (not a candidate until 12 months post-use)
- Breastfeeding (not a candidate if currently breastfeeding)
- Cancer
- Chemotherapy
- Doxycycline (not a candidate until 6 months post-use)
- Diagnosed heart condition
- Epilepsy
- Irritation occurring near the procedure area such as sunburn, rash, swelling, etc.
- Keloids
- Organ transplant recipient
- Pacemaker
- Pregnant (not a candidate if currently pregnant)
- Sickness such as fever, flu, cold, etc. currently.
POST-CARE REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure proper healing and the best results, please give the Post Care information below the utmost highest priority. Failure to do so may disrupt the overall retention and outcome of your service.
Day 1-7:
- Avoid face sweating
- Avoid direct sun exposure
- Avoid makeup on the procedure area
- Avoid submerging procedure areas in swimming pools, jacuzzies, steam rooms, etc.

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT:
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Payment in full is required to reserve your appointment.
RESCHEDULE + CANCELATION/NO SHOW:
We prioritize our clients and only book 2-3 appointments per day to provide the utmost care.
In order to fill any valuable time in our schedule created by a rescheduled appointment, and due to the nature of our work & pre-care requirements, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for all rescheduled requests.
We understand life can be unexpected. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without a rescheduling fee and your payment will be honored towards your future date as long as you reschedule a minimum of 7 days prior to your appointment.
All appointments rescheduled/canceled without a 7-day notice will forfeit their payment and must complete an additional payment to reschedule.
These policies are non-negotiable and we are unable to make exceptions. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing
our time as we do yours.
